We meet to discuss your expectations, business goals and challenges, plus talk about the kind of copy you need and establish timelines. There may be questions you hadn’t thought about that could impact the project and the rest of your marketing. Once I have the information, I will prepare a customised quote for you.

I ask you to complete a copywriting brief so I can get to know your business inside out. Then we get together to talk through the information to tease out more detail - in your own words. It’s powerful stuff, I promise! I’ll then confirm your quote and create a project roadmap so you’re aware of every stage of the copywriting project.

Research + Writing
I carry out detailed customer and competitor research, including interviewing past or present customers. This makes for the kind of copy that speaks to the emotions and core motivations of your target audience to get them feeling, ‘at last someone understands me,’ and them saying, “You read my mind” - exactly what you want!

Creative Reviews
You get the first draft of your copy to amend or approve after which two rounds of revisions are included to make sure it’s exactly as you want it.
